Great location, short transfer from airport, £3 in Uber to Marinaīig negative - don't allow monkey's with a metal collar and kept on a chain to be used for "entertainment" & photos, incredibly cruel, totally unnecessary& this alone would effect our decision to return. (Tried to cancel via holiday concierge but was advised that wasn't an option either!)

Ability to book into a la carte restaurants (some chargeable) but most included although it was a shame the booking system did not allow you to cancel to release the place to someone else should your plans change which was a shame. Excellent pools, nice beach, lots of places to eat & buffet (although a little busy at times) the food was always good, plenty of choice and really can meet the needs of the fussiest eaters. Shower water power was poor however & along with hard pillows were the only small gripes we had about our room stay. Located in Hurghada, this beachfront resort has a private beach, water slides and 2 large outdoor pools surrounded by a large garden area.

The room was comfortable & spacious, cleaned very well, free safe & air con. Thankfully this was not a reflection of the bar, pool, concierge, room attendants or even the gardeners who were always incredibly friendly and helpful. Majority of staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming, we actually found some on reception to be quite dismissive & disinterested & when we had an issue they just displayed a "couldn't be bothered" attitude. The Mamlouk, an exceptionally clean, well maintained property with its own beach & opportunity to use facilities at the Garden Beach hotel next door.
